What sizes do you carry?

XS to XL, in real body measurements — see the size guide. Need something beyond XL? See Custom Fit.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — free, within 7 days of delivery, one exchange per item. We pay shipping both ways. Check the size guide before ordering to skip the wait, or message us on WhatsApp first if you’re unsure. Full policy on Returns & Exchanges.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

We replace it at no cost to you, shipping both ways — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Details on Returns & Exchanges.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Pay online (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, via Razorpay) or choose Cash on Delivery at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Free on prepaid orders. A flat ₹79 charge applies to Cash on Delivery orders, shown at checkout before you place your order.

Do you have a discount code?

No code needed — ₹150 off applies automatically on orders of ₹2,000 and above.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch within 1–2 working days of payment, then delivery in 15–20 days across India.

How do I track my order?

We email and WhatsApp a tracking number once your order ships. You can also look it up any time on Track Order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 6 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been dispatched — email or WhatsApp us with your order number. Refunds are made in full, less the payment gateway fee. Details on Returns & Exchanges.

Do I need an account to order?

No — guest checkout is available. An account just gives you order history in one place.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

Yes. Every price shown is inclusive of GST — no surprises at checkout beyond shipping.
